Makers of pre-packaged gourmet food items must apply using the artist application in the Edibles category. Deadline for food trucks is 30 days before the event date. Please note: Admin Fee is $35.00 and Non-Refundable. Entry does not guarantee participation. There will be a jury panel decision prior to the event for any participating food trucks.

Food Truck Application After the initial application process and upon acceptance, we will contact you to provide further details about the festival and load in/out instructions. At that time, we will need an updated copy of your licenses, food permits, and updated insurance for the state of Montana. Please note, application fees are non-refundable.
