FLEX EXCHANGE: BY PERFORMANCE DATE

Exchange your tickets for a more convenient performance date of the same production.

Exchanges can be requested until 24 hours prior to the original show date.

FLEX EXCHANGE: PRODUCTION TO PRODUCTION

Exchange your tickets from one production to another production on the 2025–2026 Season, or into special engagements.

All the tickets must be moved to a new production, they cannot be split up.

Tickets cannot be moved out of a production once performances have begun.

Seats are subject to availability. We will do our best to seat you in comparable seats but it may not always be possible.

IF YOUR EXCHANGE REQUIRES AN UP-CHARGE (CHANGING SECTIONS OR MOVING FROM A WEEKDAY PERFORMANCE TO A WEEKEND PERFORMANCE, EXCHANGING INTO A MORE EXPENSIVE SHOW TITLE), please confirm the authorization code for the card on file through a secure communication channel.
