Your prospective tenant’s credit score is below 700, a waiver is required, please provide supporting evidence demonstrating the tenants history of reliability, stability, and good conduct to assist the Board in evaluating a possible waiver.
Examples of acceptable supporting information include:
- Verified long-term employment (letter or pay verification)
- Verified homeownership or prior lease in good standing
- Professional or personal reference confirming reliability and compliance
- Proof of resolved credit issue (e.g., medical debt, divorce, or dispute documentation)
- Veteran or active-duty military designation (Louisiana driver’s license “Veteran” indicator acceptable)
- Other supporing facts or circumstances (experience living in HOA community, etc).
