We are so excited that you are interested in auditioning for our Elite Level Competitive Team! Our team is made up of passionate dancers who love to dance and many of whom aspire to pursue a career in dance. Among our members, we have Dancers of the Year and nominees for Dancers of the Year.

The leader of our competitive team is renowned choreographer, Alli Neeley, who has won numerous regional as well as national awards for her extraordinary choreography. Alli has trained many of our dancers, personally, who have gone on to win Dancer of the Year titles and nominations.

We look forward to getting to know you and your family better. Please take the time to fill out the audition form, learn the provided dance routines, and submit videos of yourself performing the audition combinations. We will review your submission and get back to you within one week of receiving.

If you do not make our competitive team this season, we encourage you to consider our training program, where we provide an elite level training experience that allows dancers to grow into the artists they aspire to be.

Audition Steps:
- Fill out all required Information
- Navigate to the Level in which you will be auditioning (based upon age)
- Watch the audition videos, learn them, film yourself dancing them, film yourself performing three skill sets that best showcase you as a dancer, and then submit them through this form
Payment Information:
- There is a $60.00 audition fee
- Audition's will not be considered without this fee having been paid
- After submitting your form, you will be redirected to a link in which you will be able to pay your audition fee

INSTRUCTIONS:

Please follow the instructions below to select and submit your audition combos based on your age group/level:
- Choose Your Level:
  - Click the "Level One" button at the bottom of the screen to navigate to Level One Audition Combos.
  - If you are not in Level One, scroll to the bottom of the Level One page and click the "Level Two" button, and so on.
- Access Audition Materials:
  - Each audition page contains a video of the dance as well as a file to access the cut music.
  - Watch the video, learn the combos, and record yourself performing them.
- Upload Your Videos:
  - After completing the combos, click the "Next" button at the bottom of the "Level Three Audition Combos" page.
  - Upload your recordings of each combo.
- Levels:
  - Level One: ages 6 to 8
  - Level Two: ages 9 to 12
  - Level Three: ages 13+
- Submission Confirmation:
  - Wait to hear back from us! We will contact you within 1 week of your audition submission.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in the Young Artist Space competitive program. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting your audition and paying the audition fee. By registering, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility:
- Participants must be between 7 and 18 years old.
- Participants must complete the registration process, including the payment of the audition fee, to be eligible for the audition.
2. Registration and Fees:
- A non-refundable audition fee of $60.00 is required for each participant.
- The audition fee must be paid in full for your audition to be considered.
- The audition fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal from the audition, disqualification, or failure to submit audition materials.
3. Audition Process:
- Audition submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges composed of local dance professionals and will not be judged solely by the company directors.
- The company directors will make the final decision regarding acceptance or denial of the dancer to the program.
- Participants will be notified of the results no later than one week following the submission of their audition videos.
4. No Guarantee of Selection:
- Payment of the audition fee and submission of audition materials do not guarantee selection for the competitive team.
- The number of participants selected will be at the sole discretion of the company directors, with advisement from the judging committee.
5. Privacy:
- Personal information provided during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the audition.
- The organization will not share personal information with third parties without the participant's consent, except as required by law.
6. Liability:
- The organization is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity or video upload errors, that may affect the submission of audition materials.
- Participants assume all risks associated with the audition process.
- Participants are welcome and encouraged to reach out to the company directors for assistance with technical difficulties and other options if they are unable to upload their audition videos. Please email Company Director Shena Birdsong.
7. Elite Training Program:
- If not accepted into the competitive program, dancers have the option, and are encouraged, to join our Elite Training Program, the YAS Elite Elevation Program (YEEP).
By registering for our online dance audition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
