Summertime Pop-Up Market Vendor Registration Form

Our Bearden Productions Summertime Market is for the vendors! It's all about shoppers supporting local businesses. We accept clothing, jewelry, crafts, beauty products, and more! Our pop-up shop is open on Saturday, August 24th from 8am to 2pm. Vendors can arrive to set up as early as 7:30am. 

The vendor fee is $30 each Saturday.

Booth Selection

Booths are rented on a first-come basis. We have adjusted the price to help the small businesses in our community. Come out and make that money!

Important Event Information

Event is from 8am to 2pm on August 24th, and ends at 2pm. Booth setup begins at 6:30am. Booths must be completed no later than 7:30am. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. All vendors must pay in full when completing their application.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellations on the behalf of event holder, full refunds will be issued to the vendor. Vendors can cancel up to 1 week before the event date for a full refund; after which only a raincheck can be issued. Deposits are non-refundable.

Payment by Credit Card or Paypal

By signing below, I agree to and understand the Important Event Terms and Information stated about on this application form. 

I am also aware that by signing below, that by attending/ participating in this event as a vendor or customer during the Summertime Pop-Up Market, I promise not to hold the Bearden Production Company, its officers, agents, or employees liable or pursue legal action against them. This waiver absolves the Bearden Production Company of any duty for injuries sustained on the premises before, during, or after the activity.

By signing this agreement, I agree to hold the Bearden Production Company completely harmless, including financial responsibility for any injuries sustained, regardless of the cause or circumstances.

I will do all in my power to obey corporate staff and all safety requirements, and I will seek clarification if necessary.
