Waiver Form for Parent Trip Attendance Logo
  • Parent Trip Attendance

Parents are welcome to join our trips at no cost. You will need to use your own vehicle as the TAASC bus will likely be full. Let us know what gear you need as we may have enough for you. Also please know that for obvious reasons we can't have too many parents attend. We'll let you know if that happens on your trip.
  • We also ask attending parents to be mindful of your child's experience on the trip. TAASC trips are focused on the concept of 'Leading Self' and there's a myriad of opportunities for students to practice this skill on trips. From packing themselves up to organizing their food and managing their gear, cooking, cleaning up etc.

Some students require extra support with parts of this process and may need your support at those times. It's a balancing act!
