SUBMISSIONS:
Submission of the vendor application does not mean the brand has been accepted for the event. You will be notified of your application status via email and you will have 48 hours to make FULL payment. Space availability is LIMITED, we recommend applying when ready to pay. Spaces are not confirmed until payment is received. Payment link will be sent via email!
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
If cancellation is received:
• More than 4 weeks before the event, we offer partial refunds.
If you cancel your participation on or after the following cancellation deadlines (at exactly 4 weeks of less), you forfeit your space and fee and we cannot offer a refund.
VENDOR SPOTLIGHT:
We want to make sure that all of our vendors are spotlighted. Each vendor is in charge of providing the information needed for the spotlight. If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to spotlight you which we do not want to happen! You will have FIVE DAYS to submit all necessary assets. You can also submit them below.
BLOOM BAZAAR AGREEMENT
By signing this form, you are agreeing to the terms and policies listed here. You are also agreeing that Bloom Social Club or the Venue are not responsible for any injury or loss that may arise or come to the vendor, attendee/client and his/her property (at the venue, at arrival, or at departure).
