PAYMENT POLICY

 A 200.00 SGD deposit is due at time of reservation.
 Full payment is due upon confirmation of numbers 1 week prior to party.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 If cancelled within 14 working days 50% of total is refunded.

 If cancelled within 7 working days there is no refund and 100% of the total is due.

LIABILITY WAIVER:

Waiver of Liability & Indemnity Agreement

I understand and acknowledge that Tanglin Arts Studio Pte Ltd and its staff are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death that may occur to any person participating in its programs, whether caused directly or indirectly during the course of participation.

I hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Tanglin Arts Studio Pte Ltd and its staff against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal costs) that may arise from or relate to any injury, loss, damage, or death sustained or caused during participation in the program.

I further understand that the deposit paid to secure a spot in the program is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing by Tanglin Arts Studio Pte Ltd.
