This event is organise by The National Kidney Foundation Singapore for Caregivers of Dialysis Patients and Supported by Tzu Chi Foundation (Singapore). Entrance is free, however slots are limited hence please register early.
- Program is conducted primarily in English, with some translation in Chinese.
- You will be notified about the status of your registration one week before the event.
- Kindly refer to programme outline on the poster for details.

This event is designed for caregivers of dialysis patients. Dialysis patients are welcome to accompany their caregivers if needed.
