  • Vendor Application Terms & Conditions:

    1. The success of gra•vy is dependent on an ever-changing variety of merchandise, in good condition, that is displayed in attractive & appealing ways. Vendors will be required to restock and display items in their spaces and to keep their booth clean, neat and organized.

    2. The vendor is required to:
      • sign an initial 6-month lease.
      • make a one-month security deposit, to be returned when your contract is terminated, and all obligations are fulfilled.
      • give 30-days' notice prior to vacating a space.

    3. Vendor is responsible for insuring all merchandise.

    4. Applications are reviewed as space becomes available. Potential vendors may be asked to submit sample items. Decisions will be made by management that are in the best interest of gra•vy and are based on the sizes of spaces available, the quality of the merchandise, and the variety of items sold at gra•vy. Any applications that are not acted upon immediately will be kept on file for consideration at a later date. Vendors are not necessarily selected in order of application.

*Preference is given to local applicants.
