Donation Request Form

We provide donations and sponsorships to the following organizations:
- Local Fire Departments
- Local Police or Sheriff Departments
- 4H Groups
- FFA Organizations
- Local Fair Associations
- Local Animal Rescue Groups
- Military/Veteran Groups
We only provide donations and sponsorships to eligible organizations located in the following counties:

Maryland: Garrett County

Virginia: Clarke County, Frederick County, Shenandoah County, Warren County

West Virginia: Barbour County, Braxton County, Gilmer County, Grant County, Greenbrier County, Hampshire County, Hardy County, Lewis County, Mineral County, Monroe County, Pendleton County, Pocahontas County, Preston County, Upshur County

Please note: If your organization is located outside of the counties listed above, is not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, or is not included in our approved list of organizations, your request for a donation or sponsorship will not be considered.
