CONTRACT
I understand that registration for lessons at Creation Music & Arts is a commitment of the teacher's time for an entire semester and that the student (or parent) has a commitment to pay the fee in full. Withdrawing from a class does not release me from my contract to pay the tuition in full. Tuition may be paid in full or in monthly installments as stated below.
Lesson Make-Up Policy
If a student misses a lesson without prior notification to the teacher, no make up lesson will be offered. An attempt will be made to make up a lesson in the case of illness or family emergency if the teacher is notified at least six hours or more prior to the lesson (excluding ballet & all group classes). It is the student's responsibility to notify the teacher if a lesson is to be missed for any reason. If the teacher cannot be reached, the student should notify the Director of Music Education. It is best to notify the teacher directly since most are here only in the afternoon or early evening. Each teacher should give his or her students a contact number. If a teacher misses a class, he or she will see that the lesson is made up before the end of the semester (excluding ballet & all group classes).
School Closure Policy
If Creation Music & Arts has to cancel classes due to inclement weather or for any other reason, lessons missed due to that decision, will be made up at a time set by the individual teacher. Please make every effort to be on time for your lessons or classes. All of our instructors are on a tight schedule and can only give the time allotted for each student. Please do not expect them to go beyond your lesson time if you are late arriving to a lesson.
Parent's Personal Responsiblity
Parent's are responsible for their child(ren) at all times during Creation Music & Arts classes and during or after Wednesday fellowship meal. Children are to play only in the Family Room, Cafe or between children and youth's blacktop or playground. Children may bring bikes or scooters as long as they are ridden on blacktop/gazebo area between children and youth's building or the large parking lot below the church. Bikes and scooters are not permitted directly in front of the church, baptism pool or main entrance where there may be danger of incoming/outgoing vehicles. Children are allowed to play in the grassy field at the lower end of the church parking lot with a parent's permission and oversight only. This agreement is to ensure the protection of each child and the church.
Tuition Payment
Payments may be made on our website at creationcbc.com, on the first day of classes or in the director's office. If you pay your tuition in full, cash, card or check (made payable to Community Bible Church) will be accepted. If you pay your tuition using our monthly installment plan, card only will be accepted. Additional materials needed by the student are not included in the tuition and will be purchased separately by the discretion of the teacher. It is the student/guardian's responsibility to pay the entire semester's tuition.
