These rooms are the perfect option if you want to wake up to an amazing view during your holiday in the idyllic destination of Punta Cana. The ample 35 m2 rooms have one king-size bed (200x200 cm) or two small double beds (125x200 cm), a lounge area with a sofa, air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, a minibar, a coffee maker a beverage dispenser and, best of all, a balcony or terrace with sea views.

Entry Requirements

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR FOREIGNERS ENTERING THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC AS TOURISTS

Foreigners entering the Dominican Republic as tourists must comply with the following requirements:

Passport with a minimum validity of six (6) months.
Air, maritime or land ticket of entrance and return.
A permanent address in the Dominican Republic.
Proof of sufficient economic solvency to cover their expenses during their stay in the Dominican Republic.

Your passport cannot expire before April 17, 2026

 

All foreign and Dominican passengers entering or departing the Dominican Republic on commercial flights must complete the free electronic entry and exit form at: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do

It is no longer required to fill it out 72 hours prior to the trip. It can be filled out as soon as you have your flight information, even months in advance. However, it must be filled out before arriving at the airline counter at the airport, as it is required to present it to the airline. To avoid delays at the airport, it is advised to complete the form before the trip.

 

You can print or make a screenshot of the arrival and departure confirmation QR codes. If you need to make any changes to the E-TICKET, you can consult it with the application code that was issued when you started filling out the form and make changes.

Passengers arriving on private flights, non-commercial vessels, ferries, cruise ships, etc., do not need to fill out the E-TICKET. The physical Customs Declaration and International Embarkation/Disembarkation forms will be accepted for the aforementioned passengers.

Travel Insurance is not required but we do strongly suggest it as life does happen. If you choose to purchase it you can contact one of the below options to find the best plan for you.

These are just suggestions. You can also do a simple Google search for travel insurance companies. Be sure to pick the best one for your needs. 

 

Payments to Trio Travel LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable due to the contractual obligations we have with the resort, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. Please make sure you plan to attend before submitting payment. 

If you submit your deposit after the initial deposit date your room will be subject to current rates and availability.

 

Deposits: $50.00 per person

Single occupancy rooms are $100.00. 

***Deposits are due by Friday 7/5/2024 by 5PM EST***

The resort is requiring additional payments in the amount of $200.00 per person to be made by the following dates:

4/4/2025- NO EXCEPTIONS

5/26/2025- NO EXCEPTIONS

To aid with this we are requiring minimum monthly payments in the amount of $50.00 per person on the 15th of each month.

Final Payment would be due by August 2, 2025- NO EXCEPTIONS

Option #1:  You can complete the credit card authorization form that is located at the bottom of this page along with a copy of your photo ID. ================================================

 If you choose this method for your final payment, you will need to send your payment no later than July 21, 2025. 

 

 

 

 

I understand all payments to TRIO TRAVEL LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. I further acknowledge that I have been advised to obtain travel insurance to protect my investment. If I should purchase travel insurance I understand it is my responsibilty to fully read and understand what the travel insurance covers. 

 

I acknowledge that I have read this registration form completely and the information I provided is accurate. I understand that if my roommate (s) cancel, my rate will change. I understand that all monies must be paid by the final payment date. if my balance is left unpaid, my room will be canceled immediately. Prices for reinstated  rooms maybe higher than initial rate and a $50 reinstatement / administration fee will be charge by Trio Travel regardless of the cancellation date.
