Empty Bowls Soup Off Entry Form

The Port Orchard Farmers Market's mission is to provide access to food. In support of that mission, we are hosting our 4th Annual Soup Off fundraising event on September 26th with proceeds supporting South Kitsap Helpline. Please donate a pot of your delicious soup(s) to support our efforts to eliminate hunger in South Kitsap. Donations must come from established restaurants, caterers, and food vendors. We are unable to accept donations from individual community members at this time.
Please drop off your hot soup at the Port Orchard Farmers Market no later than 10:45am on Saturday, Sept. 26. We will have volunteers that can meet you at your vehicle with a wagon.

Soup containers will need to be picked up between 2 and 3PM. We may be able to arrange a volunteer to return it to you. Unfortunately, we do not have dish washing facilities onsite.

Please label your soup container. We will provide the ladels.

Each soup donation should be roughly 10.5 quarts+. Please provide a heat source (kettle) to keep your soup warm if possible -- no chaffing dishes per the Health Department. We have a few kettles which can be used, first come first served.

If you don't know which soup you are providing yet, that is okay. We will need to collect this information no later than September 16. If you are donating more than one soup, please either fill out the form a second time OR add the information in the Comments Section at the bottom.

Are you able to provide a way to keep your soup warm? Burner, crock pot, kettle, etc. We have access to power. We will provide heat sources as needed. No chaffing dishes per the Health Dept. Your soup must be delivered hot no later than 10:45AM.
