A NON-REFUNDABLE $150 TRAVEL PLANNING FEE is required before research begins and covers destination research, itinerary development, supplier comparisons, and quote preparation for your selected destination. Additional fees may apply for a new destination search or requests outside the original planning scope. INITIALS REQUIRED

REFERRAL & EXISTING ITINERARY BOOKING POLICY - Travelers joining an existing Ross Resolutions itinerary that has already been researched and prepared are subject to a $50 PER PERSON BOOKING & PROCESSING FEE instead of the standard Travel Planning Fee. This fee applies only to additional travelers joining the same existing itinerary. INITIALS REQUIRED

TRAVEL STRATEGY FEE - Requests requiring destination recommendations, destination comparisons, budget guidance, or personalized travel strategy require AN ADDTIONAL NON-REFUNDABLE $75 TRAVEL STRATEGY FEE. This fee is added to the standard $150 Travel Planning Fee, for a total planning investment of $225. ALL APPLICABLE FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE RESEARCH BEGINS. INITIALS REQUIRED

TRAVELER SIGNATURE - The $150 Travel Planning Fee covers research and a proposal with up to 3 stay options with airfare (if applicable) for ONE destination. Updated proposals for the SAME destination are included at no additional charge within 15 days of the original proposal. After 15 days, but within 30 days, a $75 re-quote fee applies. After 30 days, a new $150 Travel Planning Fee is required. Changing to a DIFFERENT destination at any time after research has begun also requires a new $150 Travel Planning Fee.
