EXISTING ITINERARY BOOKING POLICY Travelers joining an existing Ross Resolutions itinerary that has already been researched and prepared are subject to a $50 per-person Booking & Processing Fee instead of the standard Travel Planning Fee. TRAVELER SIGNATURE Your planning fee includes a proposal with up to 3 stay options for ONE destination, including airfare when applicable. Re-quotes for the SAME destination are included within 15 days of the original proposal. After 15 days, but within 30 days, a $75 re-quote fee applies. After 30 days, a new $150 Travel Planning Fee is required.
