Requests requiring destination recommendations, destination comparisons, budget planning, or personalized travel strategy require a separate non-refundable $75 Travel Strategy Fee prior to research. This fee is separate from and does not replace the standard $150 Travel Planning Fee required for trip research, quote preparation, and booking services.

Travel quotes are based on current pricing and availability at the time of request and are valid for up to 15 days. My planning investment includes research and proposal preparation for up to (3) three resort options based on the destination submitted. Alternative resort options may be provided within the original destination only. Requests for new destination research after a proposal has been prepared will require an additional planning fee. Additional quote requests submitted within 45 days of the original inquiry are included. Requests made after 45 days require a new planning investment.
