Please Note: We ask that you arrive at Motley"s Farm15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. This will allow the necessary time for check-in and for the group line up process. This will ensure your tour is on time and that you do not miss out on any of your scheduled pumpkin patch tour activities.

What's Next?

Motley's Field Trip Confirmation Call Back Process:

When we receive this completed field trip request form we will contact the person you have listed above as your group's "primary contact". We will contact this person via their cell phone, in approximately 3 business days.We will need to collect any missing information and will finalize and confirm all of your tour details provided on your reservation form at that time. We will also be looking to confirm a tour date & time as final for your group.

Confirming your Tour Date & Time:

The tour date & time you have requested above is pending until we speak with your "primary contact" and email your Primary Contact our Motley's field trip confirmation notice. Along with your confirmation notice, we will also include a form reflecting your estimated field trip cost.

Parents & Siblings:

Parents & siblings must pay on thier own at the admission gate. Exceptions can be made if pre-arranged and approved with Motley's tour coordinator prior to receiving your Field Trip Confirmation Form.
