Valiente Dual Academy LLC
Valiente Dual Academy tuition is $900 per quarter which includes two classes a week for 9-week commitment. First Quarter (9-week) payment must be paid in full before classes commence. There will be no pro-rated discounts, credits or refunds for partial months attended, vacation, illness, and/or cancellations due to inclement weather.
Valiente Dual Academy Tuition Agreement:

I agree to pay tuition on or before the first day of each quarter in which my student is enrolled.I agree to pay a once-per-year, non-refundable $50 registration fee in addition to tuition.I agree to pay by check, credit card or PayPal and agree that if my check bounces or credit card is declined I will incur a $35 processing fee.If utilizing Step Up For Students, I agree that payments will be made in my personal student portal. I understand that tuition is due on or before the first day of class regardless of scholarship money drop dates. I understand that invoices can be made for Step Up students to apply for reimbursement, but Valiente Dual Academy will not issue any monetary refunds for Step Up scholarship money, per scholarship provider agreement.
By signing below I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Tuition Agreement Form and understand its contents; that I am at least eighteen (18) years old and fully competent to give my consent; That I have been sufficiently informed of the contract involved and give my voluntary consent in signing it as my own free act and deed; that I give my voluntary consent in signing this Tuition Agreement Form as my own free act and deed with full intention to be bound by the same, and free from any inducement or representation.
