UTILITY SERVICE TRANSFER VERIFICATION FORM
We know that moving can be stressful and our goal is to help keep the process as smooth as possible for you and your family. Now that you’ve signed your lease and paid the security deposit for your rental home, the next step is to have the utilities transferred into your name. Most homes will have electricity service, water, sewer, and trash that will need to be transferred. Some will also have gas service. It is your responsibility to make sure that all utilities are contacted. If you are having trouble locating the service provider, contact us and we will assist you. Please be reminded that utilities MUST be transferred before you can receive your keys on move-in day, so plan accordingly to avoid any delays.
