If you are not the registered owner of the vehicle, you will need to submit a notarized vehicle affidavit giving authorization for vehicle to be parked within the community. In addition, any residents NOT following the parking rules & regulations of the Association will be towed with NO further warning at vehicle owner’s expense. VEHICLE MUST BE OPERABLE. NO DERELICT VEHICLE IS PERMITTED. Decal must be placed on the front windshield, driver’s side bottom left only. By signing the below I have read and understand the above mentioned. *Decal will expire when the lease agreement expires.
