● 如果在上述「服務交付形式」中，「先取後付」、「先付訂金」、「現金券/禮品卡」、「套票/充值」及「訂閱」沒有填上佔比，則代表以下聲明。
我聲明，我和/或商戶不會且將不會參與銷售預售商品、套餐、現金券或任何預付款商品和服務或銷售任何相關產品和/或服務。我/商戶充分了解違反此聲明可能導致下述處罰。如果發現商戶違反上述聲明或為確保合規和防止詐欺而有必要，QFPay 保留在不事先通知的情況下扣留資金至少 365 天的權利，並向商戶索賠由此造成的任何損失。只有在確認向客戶交付滿意的商品或服務後，才會釋放資金。
If the above “Service Delivery Model”, namely “Payment After Service Delivery”, “Deposit”, “Cash Coupon/Gift Card”, “Package/Top-up” and “Subscription” are not filled in with percentages, it signifies the following declaration.
I declared that I and / or the merchant do not and will not engage in the sale of pre-sale items, packages, cash coupons, or any prepayment goods and services or any similar products / services. I / the merchant fully aware of the violation of this declaration may lead to sanctions as outlined below. QFPay reserves the right to withhold funds for a minimum period of 365 days without any prior notice and claim the merchant any losses caused if the Merchant is found to be in violation of the above declaration or if necessary to ensure compliance and protect against fraud. Funds will be released only after satisfactory delivery of goods or services to customers is confirmed. I also acknowledge that any false statement.

I, the undersigned, declare that I and/or the merchant may engage in the sale of pre-sale items, packages, cash coupons, or any prepayment goods and services, or similar products/goods.
I acknowledge and accept the following key responsibilities including Clearly disclose all conditions related to transactions to customers upfront; Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations concerning consumer protection and financial transactions; Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and any changes; Manage customer prepayments responsibly and maintain financial integrity; Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services as promised; Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services as promised and Efficiently resolve customer issues, handle complaints, and process returns or refunds when necessary. I fully aware if I / the merchant fail to fulfill the responsibilities as outlined in the Merchant Responsibility Declaration, QFPay reserves the right to: Securely hold funds for a minimum period of 365 days to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with non-fulfillment of merchant obligations and claims against the merchant for any losses incurred by QFPay as a result of the merchant's violation of the declared responsibilities or as necessary to protect against fraud and ensure compliance.
