By submitting your paper you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. If your abstract is accepted, at least one author of the presentation will register and pay with full intention of presenting the paper at the conference.
2. Abstracts of authors who fail to register and pay by the nominated deadline will be automatically withdrawn from the proceedings and program.
3. Abstracts submitted are the original works of at least one author/presenter.
4. If accepted, the presentation will be made available to ACP trainees for educational purposes post-conference. If you do not agree to your presentation being shared with ACP trainees please email the conference team at acpasm@phlebology.com.au
5. Presentations are to be educational in nature and should not be used to promote ones own financial endevours eg. the doctors clinic. A standard template should be used for all presentations which does not include any commercial logo's. A powerpoint template is available for download off the conference website.
6. I have obtained the relevant Ethical approvals for this work, or my work does not require ethical approval.
