Medical Directorship Inquiry

NP, PA, RN, MD are welcome to apply
Dr. Carolyn Candido serves as a medical director for the following services:
- Medical weight loss
- Aesthetics
- IV services
- Hormone replacement
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a healthcare professional in Hawaii: RN, PA, Naturopath
- Have registered LLC in Hawaii
- Have medical malpractice for Dr. Carolyn Candido as a medical director and for yourself. $1 million per claim/ $3 million aggregate.
- For aesthetics: completed Dr. Carolyn’s bootcamp or apprenticeship program. Outside training and work experience will be considered on a case by case basis.
- For hormone replacement: Biote pellet certification or equivalent hormone certification.
- For IV services: must provide an IV menu with dosage of ingredients
- For medical weight loss: must be knowledgeable of the risks and benefits of weight loss medication and be able to counsel patients on nutrition
