    TRADE SITES, FOOD VENDORS, MARKET STALLHOLDERS & COMMUNITY GROUPS

  • A twilight carnival with rides and showbags on Saturday, 26th September from 5pm - 10pm.  This time slot is suitable for showbag operators and limited food trucks on Sideshow Alley.

    Show Day is on Sunday, 27th September from 10am - 10pm, where approximately 6000 patrons will attend.  The Central Hub will close earlier and will include both pay-as-you-go and free entertainment for families on the opposite site of the Sideshow Alley.

    SATURDAY & SUNDAY

    SIDESHOW ALLEY - Saturday night & Sunday

    Showbags (per truck) = $680 incl GST (includes waste removal)

    Food Trucks & Coffee Van (per truck) = $350 incl GST

    TRADERS ALLEY

    Commercial Traders = $260 incl GST

     

    SUNDAY ONLY

    CENTRAL HUB - Sunday only

    Food Trucks & Coffee Van = $240 incl GST

    Commercial Traders = $130 incl GST

    Stall Holders - location allocated (3m x 3m) = $55 incl GST

    NFP, Community, Service Clubs & Associations (3m x 3m) = $33 incl GST
