Lonestar Style Fashion Show 

 

Only Accepting male models

ages 16 and up after July 1.

If you applied after July 1 you will be notified if you have been accepted.

Thank you for your interest in modeling for our upcoming fashion show!

We’re excited to offer a fun and inclusive opportunity for men, women, teens,

and kids to hit the runway and showcase western flair, back-to-school style, and

more. No experience is necessary—just bring your confidence and personality!

Fashion Show

Saturday, August 23, 2025 @ 11am

Midland County Horseshoe Pavillion

 

ELIGIBILITY 

Ages: 5 and older

No experience necessary!

We welcome beginners and seasoned models alike.

 

MODEL RESPONSIBILITIES

All selected models must sign model agreement and attend rehearsal and

fittings at the vendors convenience to ensure the

perfect fit for the runway. 

 

REHEARSAL

There will be one rehearsal and attendance is mandatory.

Midland County Horseshoe Pavillion.

MODEL SELECTION

 Models will be selected and notified within three business days

of submitting the application and model agreement form.

 The agreement confirms your commitment to the show and to

our valued vendor sponsors.

Please note: Modeling positions are limited due to time constraints.

 

FITTINGS

Once you are selected, you will be assigned to one of our

vendor sponsors. You may be assigned to more than one vendor.

Vendors will contact you directly to schedule

your fitting at their convenience. Please be patient. Vendors will be working to

get the right style to showcase on the runway.

Models must be respectful and courteous at all times. 

Any complaints from vendors regarding a model’s conduct will result in

forfeiture of their participation in the show. Unprofessional or

disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Please respond promptly to all vendor communications to ensure a

smooth and successful experience for everyone involved.

 

REHEARSAL

To ensure a smooth and successful show, all models must arrive on time and

remain present for the full duration of rehearsal.

Please follow all runway instructions provided by the show director carefully.

This is not a dress rehearsal—this is a critical run-through for

music cues and program timing.

Photo Authorization Release/ Release of Liability

I, the undersigned do hereby release, authorize and permit my name and photographs to be used for publicity, promotional or commercial purposes in conjunction with the Lonestar Style Fashion Show and the Midland County Fair. I understand that the Lonestar Style Fashion Show and its directors, are not responsible for any accidents or thefts that may occur at rehearsals and before, during and after the show.  

I warrant that the information given in this form is complete and accurate. I authorize the Midland County Fair, the Lonestar Style Fashion Show and its Directors to make any inquiries necessary in connection with this information, any false information found about me or any form of misconduct will lead to the cancellation of my registration and I will be asked to leave the event. By submitting this form shows acceptance of our Terms & Condition.

Terms and Conditions

As a volunteer model for the Lonestar Style Fashion Show, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Punctuality: Arrive on time for all scheduled fittings, rehearsals, and the fashion show.
• Professionalism: Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor at all times.
• Adherence to Schedule: Follow the provided schedule for rehearsals and showtimes.
• Care for Garments: Handle all garments and accessories with care and return them in the condition they were received.
• Compliance with Instructions: Follow the instructions given by the fashion show coordinators, designers, and staff.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the event organizers.
   

Agreement

By signing this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Non-Compensation: You understand that this is a volunteer position and no monetary compensation will be provided.
• Liability Waiver: You release the Lonestar Style Fashion Show, the Midland County Fair, and all associated parties from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during your participation in this event.
• Photography and Videography: You consent to the use of your image and likeness in photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
• Confidentiality: You agree to keep all information regarding the fashion show, including designs and schedules, confidential until publicly disclosed by the organizers.
