Participant Eligibility: Participants under the age of 18 will be automatically excluded from this program.

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to always conduct themselves respectfully and professionally. This includes refraining from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

Safety Guidelines:

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures provided by the organizers.
• Report any safety concerns or emergencies to the designated authorities immediately.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

• Participant information will be handled by applicable privacy laws and regulations.
• Participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of their paired buddies in the program.

Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property created or shared during the activity/event remains the property of its respective owner(s) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Responsibilities and Liabilities:

• Participants are responsible for their actions and behaviors during the activity/event.
• Organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by participants unless resulting from negligence or misconduct on the part of the organizers.                                                                             

Conflict Resolution: Participants are encouraged to resolve conflicts or disputes peacefully and constructively. If unable to resolve a conflict independently, participants may seek assistance from the organizers or designated mediators.

Feedback and Evaluation: Participants are invited to provide feedback on their experience following an activity/event. Evaluation may be used to improve future iterations of the activity/event.

 I understand that my application and acceptance to join the Norvi program means that I have read, understood, and agree to the following. I am at least age 18, and voluntarily providing personal information to Association of Ghana's Elders (AGE), and hereby give AGE, its programs officers, directors, volunteers and employees permission to share my contact and other information included in my application with my senior buddy. I assume all risks associated with joining this community including, but not limited to injury whether arising in contract, negligence or otherwise, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release AGE from any and all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this community program. I grant permission to AGE to use any photographs, videos, recordings, or any other record of this program for any legitimate purpose. 

In addition, I understand that AGE will contact me before the session begins to evaluate my commitment to participation and that it has the right to decline my application to join this initiative at its discretion for any reason it deems appropriate, including but not limited to, ensuring the safety of Norvi members and the integrity of the program.
