APPLICATION FORM - Conference Funding

For conference/workshops from: July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025

Form Opens: May 1st for preapproval
Form Closes: April 30th or when funds are exhausted for the year.

Please allow up to two weeks for approval.
Any applications submitted in July and August will be reviewed in September.

Each OSSTF D16 T/OT member may apply for a $150 subsidy towards a conference or workshop one time per school year (July 1 - June 30). Appliations are approved on a first-come, first-served basis for members.

Reimbursement is not guaranteed until you receive approval. Please wait for approval before incurring any expense to ensure you are approved and funds remain. Once you have received approval, you can complete our reimbursement form including a clear and detailed receipt for your conference/workshop.

Note: Conference funding is only autorized for registartion and/or material costs and not for supplemental costs such as accommodations, meals, or mileage.
