Thank you for your interest in hosting a Bevvies & Business in partnership with The Bow Valley Chamber (BVCC)!

Four to five times per year, the Chamber invites BVCC business members and decision makers to visit new and existing businesses across the Bow Valley. These events are built to create opportunities to connect, collaborate, and enhance the Bow Valley business community.

Yes, cocktails & mocktails with light snacks are always a key ingredient. The business host is required to provide 2 complimentary beverages per attendee and a light snack (minimum 5 pieces per attendee).

Registration fees for the event will go towards marketing, recruitment for events and future initiatives through BVCC.

Hosting Commitments Confirmation

Please review each statement carefully. By selecting “Yes,” you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following requirements:
BEVERAGES: As the event host, you are responsible for providing, at your cost, two (2) complimentary beverages per guest. Guests may choose either alcoholic or non-alcoholic options for their beverage, and the host is responsible for making both options available. The host must be prepared for the financial responsibility, regardless of the guests selection (i.e. alcoholic, non-alcoholic, or a combination of both)

ADDITIONAL SPONSORS/CO-HOSTS: Hosts are welcome to collaborate with other businesses to share the financial responsibilities. Any additional co-hosts or sponsors must be members in good standing with the Bow Valley Chamber of Commerce (a list of members can be found in the business directory on our website, and hosts can ask the BVCC for members who have expressed interest).

Events are most successful when they’re shared widely. The BVCC will promote this event to our membership, newsletter subscribers, and social media followers. We will also create all promotional materials and provide them to you for easy sharing with your networks (email, social media, clients, etc.). Your promotion helps us reach more people and create a great turnout.
