Intro to HVAC (400-26-1)

In the Intro to HVAC program, students will:

Learn to identify HVAC equipment types and components.
Identify the functions of HVAC components.
Analyze how the HVAC systems integrate into larger systems.
Engage in a practical, hands-on session to see the equipment discussed in class, including working units and cutaways.

CLASS LOGISTICS

DATES: April 29 - May 20, 2026 (Wednesdays)

TIME: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

LOCATION: In Person at MCAWW (+ Field trip to the Seattle Area Pipe Trades Education Center on 5/20)

CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED.

Applications are due Sunday, April 5, 2025.

Important Note: The MCAWW Board of Education will review all submissions and select participants at the close of the registration period. You are not registered until you receive a notification from MCAWW of your acceptance into the program.

If accepted, your firm will be invoiced for the tuition.
