  • CCHS/CR associate membership dues are based on the type of your organization. Dues will be invoiced to the organization if the membership is approved. *Reminder -- Membership dues cover everyone in your organization.*

    • Individual: includes retirees ($30 annual dues)
    • Colorado Nonprofit: Organizations where the goal is to assist students in the transition out of High School ($50 annual dues)
    • Colorado Nonprofit: Organizations where the goal is to assist students in the transition into College/University ($75 annual dues)
    • For-Profit Organizations and Nonprofit National/Out-of-State Organizations: includes out-of-state colleges with Colorado based regional reps ($250 annual dues)

    Thank you for filing out the Application for NEW Membership to CCHS/CR!

    The membership application will be reviewed and voted on at The Council's next monthly meeting.  You will be notified via email on the status of the application after the meeting (this process may take 4-6 weeks depending on the date of the next meeting). 

    If you are trying to register you or your team for an upcoming event, you will need to register as a NON-MEMBER until you are notified about the membership application status.

    If approved for membership, your school/organization will be sent account information and an invoice for membership dues.

     Thank you for filling out the RENEWAL FORM for CCHS/CR Membership

    You do NOT need to wait to pay the membership fees, even if your invoice lists previous members and not new members for your school/organization. If you listed people on this form to be added to the school/organization account, they are/will be covered under the membership as long as the school/organization account is active/paid (whether or not they are listed on the paid invoice). Payment options are listed below.

    If the school/organization membership has lapsed/expired, you may not be able to log into your account.  If you cannot log into your account, you can request an invoice to be emailed and pay online, or pay by phone, or send in a check. (The account is automaticaly locked by the system after the "payment grace period".)

    Important Note: It may take several weeks for your renewal form to be processed. We are a small committee, in addition to our regular roles as high school counselors and college admissions representatives, and updating accounts takes time. We hope you can be patient with us, but please feel free to email us at any time with questions: Membership@ColoradoCouncil.org.

     

    - To pay online via credit card: 

    • Click the "Click here to view this invoice" link at the bottom of the renewal email, under the Membership Committee email signature.

      • Then click PAY on the bottom of the actual invoice  
    • OR Log into your CCHS/CR account and click on My Profile, click on My Profile again on the gray box, then click on Your Organization. Once you are on the high school profile (instead of your own), you can click on the Invoices button, find the most recent invoice for membership dues and when you open it, there will be a button on the bottom that says Pay Invoice.

    - To pay by check:

    • Please note that it can over 30 days for any payments sent by mail to be received and processed.

    • Call CCHS/CR at: 720-213-8880. Please leave a message with your contact information and a good time to call you. We will try to return your call within 2-4 business days.
  • Thank you for inquiring about College Membership to The Colorado Council on High School/College Relations (CCHS/CR). 

    CCHS/CR is a volunteer organization comprised of Colorado high school counselors and college/university admissions staff from in-state colleges/universities who work together to help educate and assist high school students in achieving their higher educational goals.  Therefore, out-of-state colleges/universities and representatives are not eligible for CCHS/CR college/university membership. Out-of-state colleges/ universities with a Colorado based regional rep may apply for Associate Membership.

    Other out-of-state colleges/universities are still welcome and encouraged to participate in our high school Day/Night College Fairs each fall.  Your can register for the Day/Night Fairs starting in August/September of each year (details are updated each fall on our CCHS/CR webpage).  If you have questions about the Day/Night College Fairs, please email: FairCommittee@ColoradoCouncil.org.
