CAHSMUN Equity Reporting Form
CAHSMUN strives to uphold a welcoming and productive learning environment for all conference participants. As such, all participants must abide by the CAHSMUN Code of Conduct.

This is the equity reporting form for Canadian High Schools Model United Nations and is monitored by select members of the CAHSMUN Board of Directors. All responses will be kept strictly confidential.

If you provide your consent, we will consult you throughout the investigation and resolution process. Retaliation against individuals who make a report in good faith is strictly prohibited.
