We understand that you may be facing challenges beyond your food needs. For that reason, the North Texas Food Bank offers an information referral service called the Referral Partner Program. If you opt into this program, one of our Referral Specialists will reach out within two business days to assess your current needs, and they will then provide you information on local resources and agencies that offer assistance in those areas. Over the course of a one-year period, we would also follow-up with you every few months to check in and to assess any new challenges you may have encountered. If you choose to opt into the Referral Partner Program, you can opt out at any time, and it also has no impact on any other services you receive or your eligibility for state benefits.
