"Kink Outside the Box" Club with Intentional Kink: Interest Form

 Intentional Kink invites the local Austin community to "Kink Outside the Box" at their curious new bimonthly club starting July 2024.

Hosted by the queer creatives of Intentional Kink, "Kink Outside the Box" is a bimonthly series facilitating self-discovery, radical play, and artistic expression through the lens of BDSM and kink with interactive workshops, kinky crafting, reflective journaling, and discussion. We plan to meet every other week on Thursdays 7-9pm, more or less, and the club will be at the Future Front HQ!

Our club programming is educational, interactive, creative, and self-reflective, but it is strictly for adults 18+ only! The activities and content during Club will not be explicitly sexual or incorporate play, but it will be spicy in vibes.

Our desires to teach, play, and connect about kinky matters was realized through the sponsorship of Future Front; we are so grateful! 

What is Kink and/or BDSM?
Kink and BDSM encompass a range of pleasurable experiences and activities for deepening intimacy within your relationships, including with yourself, your partner(s), and your world, as you experience or imagine it.

Through enthusiastic consent, open communication, and risk-aware safety protocols, kink and BDSM empower individuals to weave desires and fantasies into transformative experiences that foster personal discovery, artistic expression, a sense of purpose, meaningful connection, and inner healing.

If you wish to reserve your spot for our first club meeting, you will have an opportunity to do so in a follow-up email. The first meeting is free for everyone.

Our club meets about every two weeks. Club workshops have a suggested donation fo $10-20 for attendees.

  Join us for an inspiring evening where we'll create compelling vision boards to visually express our inner desires! You can expect to learn effective negotiation techniques while delving into goal setting for archetype actualization. We will discuss strategies, using your vision board as a roadmap to manifest your aspirations within the realm of kink. Discover how this creative process can illuminate your path and empower you to navigate your journey with clarity and confidence.

  Supplies will be provided for the activity though participants are encouraged to bring any other materials that inspire if they wish to do so.

• August 22nd Workshop (7-9pm): 
  Pleasure Lab: Build Your Own Bliss Toy Crafting Workshop Google Calendar Event

  Embark on a quest of whimsy, where we repurpose odd and found objects into imaginative kink toys! Embrace the quirky and inventive as we tap into the playful essence that dances within us all. Join us for a hands-on experience where you'll create one-of-a-kind toys that celebrate personal pleasure and invite exploration into realms both mischievous and inventive.

  Participants are encouraged to bring their own supplies in addition to what will be provided for the class. 

  Here is a non-exhaustive list of many but not all items you could bring or expect to utilize during this workshop (broken toys, old clothes, leather, ropes, chains, pipes, old shoes, legos, traffic cones, vinyl, old books, closing and locking mechanisms, pillow cases, etc, etc) as well as methods of making (glues, tapes, adhesives, small hand tools, etc)

  Debauchery by Design: Co-Creative Practices for Scene Design (Including Tarot) and a Bonus Toy Petting Zoo Google Calendar Event
  

  Explore the art of scene design! Using tarot as a guide, let each card inspire new dimensions of creativity and exploration. Dive into collaborative exercises that empower participants to weave unique narratives that excite and entice. As a bonus, immerse yourself in a Toy Petting Zoo, where you can explore and interact with a variety of props and toys to enhance your scenes with tactile delight and imaginative flair!

  Whether the belle of the ball, or the balls on the bell, play party protocol is a must!

  We’ve filled our kinky tool bag all summer long and we’re almost there. Come join us in refining our expertise at proper Play Party Etiquette. Elevate your kinky summer experience with essential skills to ensure you have the confident, respectful, and memorable play party interactions you deserve. This workshop focuses on etiquette, authentic presentation, and utilizing your negotiation techniques and scene design to co-create a vibrant & safe party atmosphere. Whether new or seasoned, join us for our final Kink Outside The Box class to thrive at your next play party.
