  • Important Notes for Applicants:

    • Senior Art Awards are open for Senior School students only;
    • All achievements and participation/service hours MUST have been gained in your senior years, not prior;
    • All applicants must complete a Log of Hours Form alongside this application. Open link to form, MAKE A COPY of your own;
    • Points may only be used ONCE for any application, and counted as for each successful application. If the application is unsuccessful, you may use them again for a future application;
    • All Criteria listed in this email is current and applicable for this round of awards - they are subject to change for the future, please be mindful to check current criteria when applying as rules may have been adjusted/changed;

    Timeline for Senior Art Awards Assembly:
     

    • Wednesday 26th June - Applications open
    • Friday 16th August - Applications close 
    • Wednesday 21st August - Awards Committee review applicants 
    • Monday 26th August - Results given to Blazers applicants
    • Friday 30 August - Appeals due
    • Tuesday 17th September - Senior Arts Awards (Time TBC)

    SMC co-curricular groups & events
  • Use the the Google Spreadsheet "Senior Art Awards log" provided to log all your points.

    You MUST make your OWN COPY of the form, NAME IT WITH YOUR NAME AND YEAR and save in your Google Drive. 

    Once form is completed, download the form as a PDF, and upload it below.
