The percentage of people from working-class backgrounds in the creative industries is at its lowest in a decade. Join us for this 90 minute online workshop to shine a light on this often hidden dimension of diversity. Led by a D&I specialist, this session is for those looking to take action against class discrimination. We'll take a look at:

How we do we form assumptions about class?
Taking a look at intersectionality
Addressing barriers to entry and progression in the workplace
Challenging classist microaggressions
Advocating - how can you be an ally?
Practical solutions to class inclusivity

The workshop will provide a supportive environment for learning, reflection and relaxed conversation. Please note that this workshop is capped at 15 attendees to ensure plenty of time for questions and discussion.
