By filling out and submitting this application you will not hold S.B.O.B, Finally, Real Cook Food & D7 Lounge accountable for any damages to property or persons at or during an event put on by S.B.O.B & FRCF LLC. You also understand that all fees paid to S.B.O.B / FRCF are final and no refund will be issued for any reason. If S.B.O.B. EVENTS does not put on a show on a preset date the payer will be credited that amount paid towards a spot at an upcoming event or full refund within 5 days from the original date of the originally paid show date. Please understand that even though you may become ill or have other emergencies but we use funds collected for shows to pay for the venue, advertising, administrative costs and such. We can not give refund or credit if the show goes on. Calling or emailing 24 hrs prior to the show to cancel a spot you will not receive a refund.
