Upon your request, you will receive a link to a dynamic map that will allow you to zoom in or out to isolate the exact area of focus and to define the clients in a precise location. Be specific in your details so that the map is exactly what you need. Along with the map, you will receive a detailed spreadsheet that provides the details for each "pin" on the map that represents a client. This Jotform request goes to Tracy Nafe.
