Transcripts Required For Scholarship Applications
Currently enrolled post-secondary students must include a transcript of grades from all institutions attended, dated within the past year. High School seniors or students who have completed less than one full semester of post-secondary education must include a high school transcript. Unofficial transcripts are acceptable when provided by school career / counseling centers. Please complete this form, upload a transcript file, and submit for each Kingswood Scholarship application.
