Volunteering to help clean up the grounds at Cary High, North Carolina's oldest public high school, is a wonderful way to give back to the community and preserve a piece of local history. By participating, you contribute to creating a cleaner, safer, and more inviting environment for students, staff, and visitors. This act of service not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the campus but also fosters a sense of pride and ownership among students and residents.
During the day we will have two shifts you can signup for. The tasks will be spreading fill dirt, spreading mulch, pruning, weed eating and general landscaping cleanup. This is a huge undertaking as the campus is extremely large and spread out.
Please be advised that any non WCPSS student or personal who have not already filled out the volunteer registration will need to do so as there will be students on campus. To fill it out, please use this link before submitting this form. If you have not filled out the form in previous years it will ask you to create an account with WCPSS.
Thank you!
