After payment is completed, you may drop off your item during business hours. As we operate by appointment only, please call ahead to ensure we are open and have staff available to assist you. Calling in advance also allows us to expect your arrival and provide prompt service.

• You will receive a confirmation email after submitting payment.
If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

• Before dropping off your item, please call the shop to let us know you are on the way so we can expect you.

• All gowns will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

• Shipping is completed via FedEx with signature required.

• In-house cleaning only: 1–2 weeks

I understand that Savvy Bridal will handle my gown with care and partner with a professional preservation service to complete the process. For in-house cleaning, I understand that the service will be performed to the best of Savvy Bridal’s ability, and Savvy Bridal cannot be held liable for any damage, discoloration, or results related to the condition of the gown before cleaning. I also understand that preservation timelines may vary and that once the gown is preserved and sealed, it cannot be reopened without voiding the preservation guarantee.
