After payment is completed, you may drop off your item during business hours. As we operate by appointment only, please call ahead to ensure we are open and have staff available to assist you. Calling in advance also allows us to expect your arrival and provide prompt service.

Please review the following important instructions:

• You will receive a confirmation email after submitting payment.
If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

• Before dropping off your item, please call the shop to let us know you are on the way so we can expect you.

• All gowns will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

• Shipping is completed via FedEx with signature required.

Turnaround Times:

• Cleaning & Preservation: 8–12 weeks
• In-house cleaning only: 1–2 weeks

I also understand that preservation timelines may vary and that once the gown is preserved and sealed, it cannot be reopened without voiding the preservation guarantee.
