Full Registration Includes:
- Access to all sessions at the conference venue
- Conference Handbook
- Mobile App to manage schedule, network with other attendees and contact exhibitors.
- Morning tea, Lunch and Afternoon tea (where applicable) served every day in the Exhibition
- One ticket to the Welcome function and also the Ceremony/Gala Dinner
Group Discount
Five or more attendees from the same clinic qualify for the group discount of 10% off Congress Registration Fees. Contact events@phlebology.com.au or call +61 2 9386 1811. To qualify for the discount, registrations must be submitted at the same time.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations will be refunded less a $295.00 administrative fee upon written notice of cancellation. In order to qualify for a refund of fees, your cancellation notice must be received no later than 30 days prior to the conference start date. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date or for lack of attendance. Refunds will be processed after the conference is complete.
Terms and Conditions for Giveaway
Each registration received on or before 15 December 2024 will receive 1 entry into the draw to win. The prize registration does not include guest or partner tickets or registrations to other sessions. It only includes one free registration to attend a future conference of the Australasian College of Phlebology. Travel and accomodation expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
