Below you will fill out all necessary information regarding your event. Please review our event policies closely and reach out to us if you have any questions. Once the form is complete we will reach out to you to pay the deposit by a certain date.

Guest Count
We require a minimum of 10 guests and can accommodate up to 32 guests. If you plan to add additional guests beyond your initial count, just let us know in advance.
In Studio Pricing & Requirements
We charge $65 per guest, whether they are painting or not.
All guests must be 21+ or 18+ with medical marijuana recommendation proof.
Travel Event Pricing
If you are booking an event outside of our studio and would like us to travel to you, please enter in the address or city of your location. Pricing will vary depending on location.

Painting Selection
Please select one painting for your event. Our instructor will guide your group step-by-step through the same artwork. You may choose one painting from our collection OR you may request a custom design we can create for your event.

Food & Beverage
Do you plan on bringing your own Food/Catering?
Do you plan on bringing alcohol? (If yes, all guests must be 21+)
Bringing your own food and/or alcohol requires a $50 fee.
Our class is B.Y.O.B. Bring your own Bud! Smoking, eating edibles, and other marijuana intake is allowed.
Event Timing
Guests may arrive up to 1 hour before your scheduled start time for setup. you may remain in the space for up to 1 hour after instruction ends.
What’s Included
We supply each guest with a canvas, brushes, water cup, apron, and about 2.5 hours of instruction.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. Once this form is submitted, we will send your booking details along with a deposit due date. If the deposit is not received by the due date, your event date may be released.
The remaining balance is due at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your event.
Guest Count Policy
Your final guest count is locked in 72 hours prior to your event. We do not allow reductions in headcount after this time, and you will be charged based on your final confirmed number of guests. Additional guests may be added (if space allows), and a 50% non refundable deposit per added guest will be required.
Guest Count Changes / No-Shows
No refunds or adjustments will be made for cancellations, no-shows, or guest count changes within 72 hours of your event. All bookings are charged based on the final confirmed guest count.
This policy ensures proper staffing, supplies, and overall experience for your event.
Cancellation Policy
72+ hours notice: 50% refund of total. 48 -72 hours notice: 25% refund of total. Less than 48 hours notice: No refund
