Once your child is registered with Fun 2 Learn Preschool, you will receive a confirmation letter by email within one week. At that time, a non-refundable registration/materials fee will be due in the amount of $85.00 to guarantee your child's spot in the program.
A deposit fee will be due August 1st, or upon registration if you register after August 1st. This amount will be equal to one month tuition which will eventually cover your June tuition fees.
Withdrawal Consent: In the case of a withdrawal of your child from the program, 30 days notice is required in writing, in which case your deposit fee will be fully refundable. If less than 30 days notice is given, then your deposit fee will be forfeited.
Monthly tuition fees are due on the 1st of each month starting September through May and can be paid by e-transfer, posted-dated cheques or cash. A $50 NSF fee will be charged for any returned cheques. There will be a $20 fee for tuition fees not paid within the 3 day grace period. No rebate of fees will be given for temporary absences. Fees are the same for months in which holidays occur.
Due to licensing requirements, please be respectful of our pick-up times. If you are late to pick up your child more than 3 times, you will be assessed and a fine of $5 for every 5 minutes will be charged for future late pick-ups. Thank you for your understanding.
