Once your child is registered with Fun 2 Learn Preschool, you will receive a confirmation letter by email within one week. At that time, a non-refundable registration/materials fee will be due in the amount of $85.00 to guarantee your child's spot in the program.

A deposit fee will be due August 1st, or upon registration if you register after August 1st. This amount will be equal to one month tuition which will eventually cover your June tuition fees.

Withdrawal Consent: In the case of a withdrawal of your child from the program, 30 days notice is required in writing, in which case your deposit fee will be fully refundable. If less than 30 days notice is given, then your deposit fee will be forfeited.

Monthly tuition fees are due on the 1st of each month starting September through May and can be paid by e-transfer, posted-dated cheques or cash. A $50 NSF fee will be charged for any returned cheques. There will be a $20 fee for tuition fees not paid within the 3 day grace period. No rebate of fees will be given for temporary absences. Fees are the same for months in which holidays occur.

Due to licensing requirements, please be respectful of our pick-up times. If you are late to pick up your child more than 3 times, you will be assessed and a fine of $5 for every 5 minutes will be charged for future late pick-ups. Thank you for your understanding.

Medical Permission:

I hereby give permission for my child to be transported by vehicle to the hospital in case of injury and/or to be transported in an ambulance in the case of an emergency to the nearest hospital. I authorize all medial and surgical treatment, x-ray, laboratory, anesthesia, and other medical and/or hospital procedures as may be performed or prescribed by the attending physician and/or paramedics for my child. Child Guidance Policy
The discipline policy of Fun 2 Learn Preschool encourages the development of self-control and the learning of appropriate social behaviours. By providing an environment that strengthens the sense of dignity and self-worth of each child, we attempt to develop an awareness and respect towards adults and children. Fun 2 Learn Preschool emphasizes a positive approach to appropriate behaviour by modelling. We provide a varied, stimulating, developmentally appropriate program with careful planning and preparation.Our behaviour expectations are clearly explained and if required these intervention strategies are used:
- Establish eye contact and speak calmly to the child
- Redirecting the child with an alternate toy and activity
- Moving closer to the child, acknowledging his/her feelings, and telling him/her exactly what you require.
- In situations where a child is extremely upset, one of the two teachers present will take the child aside, calm him/her down (perhaps by reading a story) talk about the child's feelings and when ready, return the child to the group.

Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
