Select this option if you would like The Butterfly Project to kiln-fire your glazed butterflies. This service is only available for educators in San Diego. Educators choosing this service are responsible for dropping off glazed butterflies and picking up finished butterflies.
This is a one-time licensing fee for lifetime participation in The Butterfly Project. It is applicable to first orders only. THIS FEE ONLY APPLIES TO SCHOOLS THAT MAKE THEIR OWN CLAY BUTTERFLIES. This fee is waived for schools that order butterfly kits from The Butterfly Project.
This license provides your school with unlimited screenings rights to our film package for your students and their families. **TBP offers discounted screening license rates for multiple schools and whole school districts. Please contact us directly for those rates- info@thebutterflyprojectnow.org.**
This 4"x4" ceramic tile plaque can be added to your butterfly installation. *If you are ordering a plaque alone, or a large quantity of plaques with or without a butterfly kit order, additional shipping charges will apply that cannot be calculated on this form. You will be contacted directly by The Butterfly Project after your order has been received once that amount is known.
SHIPPING: Your kit will ship within 2-3 weeks of placing your order, and will arrive within 4-6 weeks. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please submit your order and promptly email our team at info@thebutterflyprojectnow.org.
PICKUPS: We require at least 2 weeks notice to accomodate a local pickup from our Kearny Mesa office location. If you need to pick up your kit sooner than 2 weeks from your order date, you must pick up from our shipping partner in Chula Vista.

Submission of these forms is required to participate in The Butterfly Project programming. Please note that we are now requiring signed participation licenses for every order, regardless of prior participation.
