Cancellation & Refunds
All cancellations must be in writing.
Due to the nature of this program, preliminary registration deposits are non-refundable. Regardless of cause, cancellations result in additional administrative and processing costs, record adjustments, refund checks and other fees.
If participant does need to cancel for any reason, cancellation policy of program fees for Bali Institute participants are as follows: receive all program fees less the $500 deposit if canceling 60 days or more before program start date; receive 50% of total program fees if canceling 59-30 days before program start date; no refund if canceling less than 30 days before program start date.
Registration payments may be transferred to other parties. No refunds will be given after the program begins.
Cancellation by Bali Institute
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any departure for any reason. Please note that although this program is open for enrollment, there must be a minimum enrollment of 8 participants to run the program. We will make the decision 90 days before the program start date to determine if the program will run. If we cancel, except in the case of a force majeure event, we will offer you a full refund of the tour fees, including deposits, or the option to use fees as credit for a rescheduled tour agreed upon in writing by Bali Institute. Participants are responsible for any additional costs for air tickets or other travel arrangements not made by us.
Medication Restrictions in Indonesia
Some prescription medications are considered illegal narcotics in Indonesia. Please note that ALL cannabinoid and cannabidiol medications and products (including all medical marijuana and CBD products) are illegal in Indonesia. If you require medications including morphine, sleeping pills, or medication for ADHD, please contact the Indonesian Embassy for guidance. If you have any questions about taking medication into Indonesia, please confer with the Indonesian Embassy. Bali Institute is not responsible for any disruptions to your travel due to medication restrictions in Indonesia.
Rooming
Please note that the program fee is based on shared rooms (2 participants per room). We will do our best to match you with a roommate, however, if we are unable to do so based on enrollment, a single supplement fee may apply. If you would like to request a single room, please indicate this using the check box below. We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate every request for a single room, and available single rooms will be given on a first come, first served basis.
Travel Insurance
