Duos Sessions, both participants are required to submit separate inquiry forms to ensure all necessary information has been provided. Please include your session partner's information when prompted.

Touch-Ups are now scheduled through this same form. Please be sure to include current photos of your tattoo following your 4 week healing period. Touch-ups are honored for free within 1 year of your initial Tattoo Session.

Though I appreciate every inquiry, the following designs/placements will not be accepted during this time:

-Rib/Spine/Sternum & detailed Hip placements

-Detailed Finger Placement/Arrangment (Less is more with this placement!)

- Harsh line work, geometric designs, floral bouquets

All sessions schedule time for 1 piece per person, excluding Tattoo Bundles, if not discussed otherwise. EffortLyss Ink does not offer same-day appointments or add-ons. This helps keep everyone be well prepared for the session day-of.

**Tattoo Bundles may not have additional designs approved for same day add-ons if maxing out to 5 designs. Please feel free to include all ideas in this form if you are feeling unsure!
