Retainer and Payment:

A 50 percent retainer is required to secure your order. This retainer is non-refundable, no exceptions. Payment of the retainer without providing an e-signature is an automatic acknowledgment of the terms and conditions of this contract. All invoices will be emailed.

Please notify us immediately if any changes need to be made. If no changes are needed, you can pay directly through the invoice.

Order Placement:

All cake/treat orders must be placed with a minimum of 2-3 weeks in advance. Any orders placed after this time frame are subject to a rush order fee at the baker's discretion.

Cancellation Policy:

If you choose to cancel your order, you must notify us within 1 week of your pick-up date.

We understand that situations may arise.  Therefore, your retainer will be credited for 30 days. You can use any credit toward any cake/treat order. Your retainer will be forfeited after the 30-day time frame.

Final Payment:

All remaining balances are due the morning of pick-up. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Pick-Up:

Please be on time when picking up your order. All orders must be checked for accuracy at the time of pick up. Pick Up times Saturday- Wednesday must be before 1pm. If a later pick up time is needed please let us know when booking

There will be a 1 hour grace period only. A $10 late pick-up fee will be assessed every hour thereafter, no exceptions. 

Delivery

Please ensure the correct address has been given, and that someone is at the delivery location to receive your order. All orders should be checked for accuracy at the time of receipt.

Communication:

Please check your email the day before your pick-up for any important updates regarding your order.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance:

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this contract.
