IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR AHC APPOINTMENT:

- your pet needs to be present so that we can check theor microchip on the day of signing the AHC

- this is NOT a health check - if your pet has a problem which needs addressing then a separate consultation needs to be booked (and if you are not registered with us, then that consultation needs to be booked with your own vet practice)

- the owner who is named on the AHC has to both sign the AHC during the appointment and be the same owner who is travelling with the pet

- the completed AHC will be ready for collection from 8:30am the following working day (including Saturdays); if you need the AHC to be completed at the time of the appointment then you need to allow 1 hour and an additional urgent completion fee of £100 applies
