Because this is a women's retreat - to respect the safe connection and comfort of the trauma release workshops and other sensitive variables, we are only accepting female sex participants (but open to gender inclusions falling under the female sex category - LGBTQ). FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...

1. Billing Options: #1: Payment in Full - One Invoice - Full Invoice due upon receipt. Billing Option #2: There is a 2 month payment plan option now available, September-October 2024 (Payable by Credit Card/with a processing fee or E-transfer/no processing fee). After Oct. 15th - only Pay in Full is available

2. Payment Plan Payments are due at the end of each month.

3. Taxes are extra (not included in the posted Package Price - this is a change from previous years - but is a necessary modification).

4. Rooms are assigned by the retreat leads, after your registration application has been confirmed with your selected preferences/based on availability and to best meet the needs of the group size. Early registration will allow you the opportunity to access the more Premium rooms (i.e. ocean view).

5. Most of the double room options have a Comfortable Sofa Bed as the 2nd bed option - which will be set up with luxury bedding upon arrival, if sharing a room, based on the secured booking of the Double Package - limited double rooms available and will be held for double bookings.

6. You must detail the roommate you are attending with to secure a double room price/and based on availability - both must book separately and spots can only be secured once both registration submissions are received - based on availability.

7. You can request a cancellation with your booking with us for a full refund (minus a $100 refund processing fee + any credit card fees that were charged) up to 40 days ahead of the retreat start, after that date, there will be a cancel fee charged - as per our obligation to the Hotel contract, Facilitators, Venues & Suppliers (0-14 days - 100% / 15-30 days - 75% / 40-31 days - 50%) - only if we can resell your booked/cancelled spot, within the 40-31 days - we will be able to waive the penalty, excluding the standard $100 Processing and credit card administration fees.

8. There is no early booking rate (but room assigned benefits and early Retreat Community Booking Advantages), as we keep the costs as low as possible, while factoring in the extra value added services, gourmet meals, entertainment, support material and weekend access to multiple retreat facilitators, within this high value experience.

9. Receive a $10 off a 60 min private Psychic Reading (in person or virtual) with Sherry Donovan and $50 off Lana's 4 week RTT Hypnotherapy Treatment Program as part of your booking bonus.

10. For the retreat work space, you will need to bring a blanket, pillow and yoga mat for the hypnosis, breathwork and hands on healing activation segments (Can be left in the secured retreat room for the weekend).
