  • Welcome! Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at the Sobrato Center for Nonprofits. Space use is primarily available to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Other organizations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • This registration process serves as an application to become an approved space user and helps us determine alignment, eligibility, and availability. Submitting your agency’s application packet does not guarantee approval. Our review process typically takes 2–3 weeks. To ensure adequate review time, please submit this application packet at least 30 days before your first proposed event.

  • Submitting these forms is just a preliminary step.  Your application must be checked for accuracy, and you must also attend an orientation prior to your event.
