This programme mirrors the process of a refinery, transforming raw potential into refined excellence.

What you need to know:

- The programme consists of eight full day sessions over eight weeks.
- You must be available for the entire course or be able to catch up on missed sessions.
- Homework will be assigned to inform the following week’s learning.
- Spaces are limited, and not all applicants will secure a spot.
